Affiliate Programme Terms

Application does not guarantee approval. Global Sponsor Hub may approve, reject, suspend or terminate an affiliate, code, channel or campaign after identity, fit, compliance and risk review. Codes remain company property and may be time-limited or disabled.

The implemented policy is last eligible touch before signup with account lock. Only a valid active code can create attribution; the attached account attribution is not overwritten by later clicks. Self-referrals, duplicate-account patterns, manipulated capture data, cookie stuffing, paid-search impersonation, misleading claims, spam, unsolicited messages and unlawful promotion are prohibited and may trigger review or ineligibility.

The active commission rule is versioned and can be percentage or fixed, limited by billing cadence, product IDs, currency compatibility, per-conversion caps and lifetime currency caps. Tax is excluded from the eligible amount; customer discounts reduce the paid basis. No rate, eligible product, discount, cap, currency, approval period or payout cycle is promised unless shown in the affiliate's accepted rule or written agreement.

A paid authoritative Stripe event creates an earning in an append-only commission ledger with state pending. Risk cases remain in review. Administrative approval and a configured payout process are required before payment. Full or partial refunds and payment disputes create proportional negative reversal entries; failed or unpaid checkouts do not earn commission. Ledger history is not rewritten.

Affiliates are responsible for tax, payout details and lawful promotion. Currency conversion is not promised. Global Sponsor Hub may withhold disputed or risky amounts, request evidence, audit compliance, correct ledger errors with new entries and terminate participation. Accrued amounts remain subject to validation, reversals, minimums or other accepted configuration.
