1. Eligibility and approval
Sending an application does not create an affiliate account or a code. Global Sponsor Hub may approve, reject, suspend or terminate an affiliate, code, channel or campaign after identity, fit, compliance and risk review. The affiliate must hold a verified Global Sponsor Hub account on the email that will be paid. Global Sponsor Hub issues one code. The affiliate does not create codes. Codes remain company property and may be time-limited or disabled.
2. Attribution and code use
The implemented policy is last eligible touch before signup with account lock. A visit is stored only after the visitor allows optional tracking and only while the code belongs to an active affiliate. Only a valid active code can create attribution; the attached account attribution is not overwritten by later clicks. One code may be used by unlimited employers and agencies. Self-referrals, duplicate-account patterns, manipulated capture data, cookie stuffing, paid-search impersonation, misleading claims, spam, unsolicited messages and unlawful promotion are prohibited and may trigger review or ineligibility. A self-referral does not earn the candidate payment.
3. Eligible products, discounts and commission
A monthly paid employer or agency plan reached through an active code is 10% off for the first three paid months. The affiliate earns 15% of the amount actually paid for the first six paid months of that subscription. Employer and agency commission has no monthly cap. A yearly plan keeps its existing yearly price and does not receive an extra affiliate discount. The affiliate earns 15% of that one yearly payment, once.
Free plans, one-off job posts and the £49 specialist acceptance fee do not earn commission. A candidate payment is 25 pence, once, and only when that profile is at least 50% complete, a CV is stored, and the candidate has opted in to be found by employers or by agencies. Candidate payments stop at £100 per affiliate in a calendar month. A later qualified candidate can be paid in a following month if the cap then allows. The same payment is not counted twice. Referrals made before a code is active are not back-paid. The affiliate does not receive the candidate profile, CV or contact details.
4. Pending, approval, payment and reversals
A paid authoritative Stripe event creates an earning in an append-only commission ledger with state pending. A qualified candidate creates the same kind of pending earning. Risk cases remain in review. Global Sponsor Hub reviews and pays the affiliate separately. Stripe does not transfer commission to the affiliate. Full or partial refunds and payment disputes create proportional negative reversal entries; failed or unpaid checkouts do not earn commission. Ledger history is not rewritten.
5. Taxes, disputes, termination and audit
Affiliates are responsible for their own tax, payout details and lawful promotion, including disclosing that a link is an affiliate link where the law requires it. They must not promise jobs, visas, sponsorship, candidate access or specialist leads. Currency conversion is not promised. Global Sponsor Hub may change these rates for future referrals by publishing updated terms. An earning already recorded keeps the rate in its ledger snapshot. Global Sponsor Hub may withhold disputed or risky amounts, request evidence, audit compliance, correct ledger errors with new entries and terminate participation.
