Global Sponsor Hub – Terms & Conditions
Last updated: 6 August 2026
Full Legal Terms & Conditions
1. Introduction
Welcome to Global Sponsor Hub (“we,” “our,” “us”). We are a UK-based technology marketplace that connects candidates, employers, recruitment agencies, and trusted mobility partners to make international hiring easier to navigate. We operate an advertising and directory platform from the United Kingdom.
We are not a recruitment agency acting on anyone’s behalf. We do not employ candidates, sponsor visas, place workers, or provide immigration, legal, tax, accounting, employment, medical, or financial advice. We do not guarantee that any vacancy will be filled or that any partnership will result. Connections and hiring decisions happen directly between the parties.
We provide listings, directory visibility, software tools, labelling, and analytics only. Nothing on the platform is immigration, legal, tax, accounting, employment, medical, or financial advice.
By using our platform, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, you must stop using our services.
A central index of our legal documents (including PDF hosting notes) is available at /legal.
2. Global Services & International Users
We welcome users from around the world. While our core business operations and data storage are in the UK, we process and transfer data internationally, complying with UK GDPR, EU GDPR, and other applicable laws.
You are responsible for ensuring your use of our platform complies with the laws in your own country.
3. How the Platform Works
For Candidates:
- Browse jobs and apply directly to employers where applications are hosted on Global Sponsor Hub.
- Browse the company directory to research employers, including those with a careers or company website linked, then continue on the employer's own site when openings are listed there.
- Employers can only see your CV if you have applied for their job, or if you have chosen to be visible in the CV search.
- Use the partner directory to contact relocation-support businesses directly.
- Keep your profile information accurate, including skills, qualifications, target countries, work preferences, visa/sponsorship needs, CV/resume, and contact visibility settings.
- You may also use our optional candidate mobile app (iOS / Android) with the same account as the website for browsing, applications, and notifications where supported.
For Employers:
- Post or connect job ads that accurately describe sponsorship, relocation support, or openness to global talent. Mobility labels summarise what you state; they are not guarantees of candidate eligibility or visa approval.
- Complete a company profile and careers or company website so candidates can find you in the company directory. Directory badges such as "Careers page linked" reflect information you provide; they are not an endorsement of visa outcomes.
- Optional ATS or careers-page connections may create click-out listings that send candidates to your existing application flow. Connected feeds are reviewed for quality and international relevance; Global Sponsor Hub does not guarantee that every role from your ATS will be published.
- Search our CV database only for candidates who have opted in (where your plan includes candidate search).
- Use candidate search, talent pools, analytics, and application data only for genuine hiring activity and in line with applicable employment, immigration, equality, and data-protection laws.
- Communicate directly with candidates. Global Sponsor Hub connects you with talent; we do not recruit, shortlist, or hire on your behalf.
For Recruitment Agencies:
- Submit client roles to the external board with clear agency source labelling. Candidates apply on the client site — Global Sponsor Hub is the marketplace hosting the listing, not the recruiter or application manager for those roles.
- Agency accounts are for transparent external listings capacity. They do not unlock browsing of the candidate CV database or employer talent-search tools.
- Do not present agency-submitted roles as direct employer postings on Global Sponsor Hub. Keep client brand, apply URL, and sponsorship/relocation facts accurate.
- Plans and concurrent role limits are shown on agency pricing and at checkout (for example Agency Starter and Agency Growth). Higher volume is Agency Scale — talk to us.
For Partners:
- List your services in our partner directory (for example immigration, relocation, payroll, EOR, tax, housing, or coaching).
- Basic listings are profile visibility on Global Sponsor Hub. They do not include outbound website, booking, or enquiry links unless your live plan or written agreement says otherwise.
- Enhanced or Featured listings may include approved outbound links and extra visibility so employers and candidates can contact you on your own channels.
- Manage your own listings and service details from your partner dashboard.
- Use the correct category for your services. Standard recruitment agencies are not accepted as mobility partners unless the service is clearly about global hiring, employer-of-record support, outsourcing, cross-border teams, or comparable mobility support.
- Directory presence does not mean Global Sponsor Hub endorses, regulates, or provides your services. You remain responsible for your advice, compliance, and client relationships.
AI assistant, external listings & public directories
We may provide an AI-powered chat assistant to help you find pages and understand how the platform works. It can be wrong and does not replace qualified immigration, legal, tax, or employment advice.
Some roles are shown as external listings with one of two labels: External/source-site role or Agency-submitted role. These are third-party links where the application is completed on the employer, recruiter, or source website. Global Sponsor Hub does not receive those applications. We are not the recruiter or application manager for those listings and are not responsible for third-party content or hiring decisions there.
Public directories, including the company directory, partner directory, and community/network pages, may include external links to careers pages, ATS boards, booking pages, or other third-party sites. Those sites are operated by third parties. You should check their own terms and privacy notices before submitting information or making purchases. Directory presence and badges (for example careers page linked or mobility signals) summarise platform labelling; they are not government decisions or guarantees of sponsorship.
4. Sustainability Commitment
For every five candidates who reach 50% profile completion, we plant a tree through our sustainability partner (Treeapp). Employers may also choose to make additional donations to support reforestation efforts.
5. Accounts & Access
- You must be at least 18 years old to use the platform.
- You are responsible for keeping your account login details secure.
- All information you provide must be accurate and kept up to date.
- You must not share your account with others.
Closing your account
You may permanently delete your Global Sponsor Hub account when signed in, using Settings → Danger zone on the website (candidates, employers, and partners) or the equivalent controls in our candidate mobile app. You must confirm with your password, provide a short reason, and acknowledge that deletion cannot be undone. Employer accounts: removing your account also removes active job listings you posted, subject to the short operational retention described in our Privacy Policy.
If you cannot access your account, contact support@globalsponsorhub.com from your registered email so we can verify ownership.
6. Payments & Subscriptions
- Candidate accounts are free.
- Employers, recruitment agencies, and partners pay subscription fees in GBP (£) as shown on our employer pricing, agency pricing, and partner pricing, and Expert Insights contributor membership pages and at checkout, unless another currency is clearly offered for your purchase.
- Expert Insights is a separate annual membership for approved industry contributors who publish on Global Sponsor Hub. It is not a job board listing and does not include employer job posts or partner directory placement. Contributor content is reviewed before publication and is not immigration legal advice.
- Employer plans are generally offered in tiers (for example Free, Growth, and Scale) with different limits on active listings, search features, and visibility. Optional one-time posting purchases and upgrades (such as extra job posts, hiring bundles, featured listings, or CV database access) may be available without changing your base tier — see the live pricing page for current options and amounts.
- Recruitment agency plans (for example Agency Starter, Agency Growth, and custom Agency Scale) set concurrent limits for agency-submitted external client roles. They are a separate product from direct employer Growth / Scale and do not include candidate database search — see agency pricing.
- Partner directory listings are also tiered. Unless your live pricing page or written agreement says otherwise, basic/free listings are intended as profile visibility only and do not include outbound website, booking, CTA, review, or enquiry links. Enhanced or featured listings may include approved outbound links and extra visibility features.
- We may run time-limited promotions (for example a trial or discounted period on a paid tier). The terms, dates, and eligibility shown on the pricing page and at checkout when you subscribe form part of your agreement for that purchase; we may withdraw or amend promotions for new checkouts, but your existing subscription continues under the terms you agreed unless we notify you otherwise as required by law.
- All payments are processed securely via our payment provider.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled in advance.
7. Content & Responsibility
- Employers and partners are responsible for the accuracy and legality of their listings.
- You must have the right to upload, publish, or link to any CV/resume, logo, image, testimonial, proof link, article, job listing, company profile, partner profile, or other content you submit.
- We may edit, reject, hide, recategorise, or remove public directory content to keep categories accurate, avoid misleading claims, enforce listing-tier limits, protect users, or comply with law.
- Global Sponsor Hub is not liable for errors, omissions, or false information posted by users.
- We reserve the right to remove content that breaches these Terms.
8. Prohibited Use
You must not:
- Post fake or misleading job adverts or partner services.
- Use contact information from the platform for spam or harassment.
- Upload harmful software or attempt to disrupt our services.
9. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
We provide the platform “as is” and make no guarantees of job placement, filled vacancies, visa outcomes, or successful partnerships. We are not responsible for any agreements, contracts, or disputes between candidates, employers, recruitment agencies, or partners. You use mobility labels, guides, and directory information at your own risk and should verify critical facts with the relevant employer, partner, or official authority.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
