why this exists
It started with
a family move.
In 2017, my family tried to relocate internationally. We experienced first hand how fragmented and opaque the process was: jobs that claimed to sponsor but did not, advice that was impossible to find, and a system that felt designed to make international movement harder than it needed to be. I built Global Sponsor Hub because I knew we were not the only ones.

International hiring has the same problem everywhere. Candidates spend months applying to roles that never actually sponsor anyone. Employers post on generic boards and get flooded with applications from people who cannot take the role. The move — visas, housing, money — gets sold as a fourth product, or promised as a service the listing site does not run. Everyone is working with incomplete information. Nobody wins. Global Sponsor Hub was built to fix that: candidates state destinations they want, whether they need sponsorship, and how ready they say they are. Employers post a role or connect the careers page they already use. We show stated interest. We do not run the move.
