1. Signals shown separately
The service compares declared job requirements and candidate data across mobility, occupation, experience and readiness. Missing information is shown separately rather than silently treated as a negative. Results are generated per role and may change when either party updates data or an underlying fact expires.
2. What it is not
It is not immigration eligibility. It is not legal advice. It is not a probability. It is not an opaque score. It is not a guaranteed job or a recommendation to discriminate. It is not an automated hiring decision. Employers remain responsible for fair assessment and lawful right-to-work checks; candidates should use official authorities or qualified advisers for immigration questions.
3. Provenance and responsibilities
Inputs can come from candidate self-attestation, employer or agency declarations, sourced job records and mobility facts marked verified or self-attested. A verified fact means its stated evidence workflow was completed, not that Global Sponsor Hub guarantees an outcome. Candidates, employers and sources must keep information accurate; the interface should expose missing or stale inputs.
