Payment and Commercial Terms

Commercial products include paid manually posted job allowances or per-job purchases, Talent Access, and existing agency plans shown in the order. Hiring Campaigns and Expert Insights memberships are no longer offered. ATS connections and eligible imported international roles are free. A specialist pays £49, including VAT where due, by card to accept a consented referral; directory joining, a useful approved listing, one contact path, declined offers and unused offers remain free.

For checkout products, the checkout description, price, currency, tax treatment, quantity, term and included entitlements form part of the order. For accepted specialist requests, the card payment, acceptance record and disclosed £49 total form the fee record. This is a separate payment for each acceptance.

A client-side success screen is not proof of access. Authoritative payment webhooks and server records determine whether a checkout subscription or one-time grant is active, paused, expired or cancelled. Specialist acceptance and contact release require a verified paid checkout and a valid, consented referral. Failed, cancelled or expired checkouts do not accept a referral. Directory browsing and receiving offers are free.

Any subscription renews only at the cadence and price shown at checkout or in its written order until cancelled. Where available, the payment-provider billing portal lets an authorised account holder manage payment details and cancellation. Accepted specialist requests are usage charges, not a renewing lead subscription.

Refunds, credits and dispute outcomes depend on the order, service delivery, payment-provider records, applicable law and any written commercial agreement. Nothing in these terms excludes or overrides mandatory consumer rights. Contact support before initiating a charge dispute where practical so access and records can be reviewed.

The £49 specialist referral fee includes VAT where due; no VAT is added to that total. Other displayed or invoiced prices may exclude or include tax as stated. The charged currency is the one confirmed at checkout, in the written rate or on the invoice; bank or card conversion fees are outside our control. The account owner is responsible for billing authority and accurate tax information. We may suspend paid commercial access or further request acceptance for overdue amounts, chargebacks, misuse, fraud risk or legal requirements.
