1. Request, consent and minimisation
The requester selects a destination, relevant need categories, journey stage and timing, and may add an origin, notes and phone number. Submission requires affirmative contact consent and specialist-sharing consent under the current Move request consent. Matching uses destination, service category and current specialist publication or verification signals.
2. Verification and provider conduct
Verification reviews submitted evidence references and expiry. It is not endorsement, regulation, immigration authority or a guarantee of service quality. Providers may use shared data only to respond to the requested need, must identify themselves, secure it, avoid onward sale or unrelated marketing, and honour withdrawal and applicable data rights.
3. Lead lifecycle and outcomes
Lead states are offered, accepted, declined, contacted and resolved. Candidate requests may be submitted, matching, matched, withdrawn or closed. A lead is not exclusive and does not guarantee contact, conversion, revenue or outcome. Withdrawal stops new matching and contact where feasible but cannot erase completed communications or records needed for disputes and compliance.
4. Commercial issues, disputes and retention
Joining the public specialist directory, maintaining a useful approved listing and providing one contact path are free. An offered request is free to decline. A specialist pays £49, including VAT where due, by card for each referral they accept. The request and total fee are shown before checkout. Acceptance and contact release require server-confirmed payment and a final check that the request, consent and specialist approval remain valid. A repeated acceptance of the same offer must not create another charge. If payment succeeds but acceptance is no longer possible, the payment enters a refund process and contact details remain unavailable. Refund handling and tax records require validation before launch.
Acceptance does not promise exclusivity, contact, conversion or revenue. Billing disputes should be raised with Global Sponsor Hub at support@globalsponsorhub.com, while service disputes should first be raised directly between the requester and specialist. Either party may contact Global Sponsor Hub about platform conduct.
Lead records have a default 365-day retention review and 730-day purge schedule, subject to lawful dispute, finance, security or audit needs. These terms are separate from Affiliate Terms: an affiliate refers customers and receives no provider lead or candidate access.
