Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Scientist / Data Analyst to transform complex data into actionable insights that support business decision-making. The ideal candidate will work with large datasets, develop models, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive data-driven strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
Collect, clean, and analyze structured and unstructured data from multiple sources
Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and data visualizations
Perform statistical analysis and build predictive models
Identify trends, patterns, and insights to support business decisions
Collaborate with stakeholders to define data requirements and KPIs
Write efficient queries using SQL and work with large datasets
Communicate findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
Support data pipeline development and data quality initiatives
🧠 Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field
Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or SQL
Strong understanding of data analysis, statistics, and data modeling
Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
Ability to interpret data and translate it into business insights
Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills
