Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Scientist / Data Analyst with a strong financial background to support data-driven decision-making across the organization. This role focuses on analyzing financial data, building predictive models, and delivering insights that improve business performance, forecasting, and strategic planning.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze financial data, including revenue, expenses, and market trends
Develop financial models, forecasts, and performance reports
Build dashboards and visualizations to track KPIs and business metrics
Perform statistical analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
Collaborate with finance, operations, and leadership teams
Write and optimize SQL queries to extract and manipulate data
Automate reporting processes to improve efficiency
Present insights and recommendations to stakeholders
🧠 Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Data Science, or related field
Experience in financial analysis, reporting, or forecasting
Proficiency in Excel, SQL, and Python or R
Strong understanding of financial statements and metrics
Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
