Employer-posted vs outbound links
Roles you search and apply for on this site are posted by employers (or their authorised team) into our job product. Applications and status updates for those roles stay on Global Sponsor Hub unless the employer directs you elsewhere in the hiring process.
Curated external roles and agency-submitted external listings live on a separate hub. Cards are source-labelled and take you to the site that owns the application. They are not mixed into employer search results as if they were native posts.
What mobility labels mean (and what they are not)
Employers can signal intent with structured labels such as visa sponsorship, relocation support, remote-friendly hiring, and similar options. Labels reflect what the employer chose to publish — they are not a government decision or a guarantee of eligibility.
Visa outcomes depend on your nationality, role, salary, employer licence status, and current immigration rules. Use labels to shortlist realistic conversations, then confirm every requirement with the employer and official government sources.
What we review vs what you must verify
We provide workflow tools, anti-abuse signals, and clear product boundaries. We do not replace legal advice, sponsor licence checks, or your own diligence on an offer.
If something in a listing looks inconsistent, use reporting or contact paths in the product. For regulated immigration decisions, work with a qualified adviser and the employer’s own HR or mobility team.
This page summarises product behaviour in plain English. It is not legal advice and may be updated as the product evolves.
