Role source labels
Global Sponsor Hub may show roles in three ways:
On-platform direct role: posted on Global Sponsor Hub, where the application is completed.
Agency-submitted role: submitted by a recruiter or agency; apply on the recruiter, client or source website.
External/source-site role: listed from an employer careers site, hiring system, community board or other source; apply on that source website.
Sponsorship and mobility labels
Sponsorship, sponsor-licence, visa and relocation labels are employer- or source-provided unless a specific platform check is stated. They do not guarantee eligibility or support; confirm details with the employer and official sources.
On-platform vs source-site applications
A On-platform direct role accepts applications and candidate details on Global Sponsor Hub.
Agency-submitted roles and external/source-site roles take you to the employer, recruiter or source website. Complete the application there; Global Sponsor Hub does not receive it.
What mobility labels mean (and what they are not)
Employers can signal intent with structured labels such as visa sponsorship, relocation support, remote-friendly hiring, and similar options. Labels reflect what the employer chose to publish — they are not a government decision or a guarantee of eligibility.
Visa outcomes depend on your nationality, role, salary, employer licence status, and current immigration rules. Use labels to shortlist realistic conversations, then confirm every requirement with the employer and official government sources.
What we review vs what you must verify
We provide workflow tools, checks to reduce misuse, and clear limits on what we verify. We do not replace legal advice, sponsor licence checks, or your own diligence on an offer.
If something in a listing looks inconsistent, use reporting or contact paths in the product. For regulated immigration decisions, work with a qualified adviser and the employer’s own HR or mobility team.
This page summarises product behaviour in plain English. It is not legal advice and may be updated as the product evolves.
