Acceptable Use Policy
Last updated: 3 August 2026
This Acceptable Use Policy supplements our Terms & Conditions.
1. Be honest and lawful
Do not post false, misleading, or deceptive job listings, profiles, or partner directory entries. Do not impersonate another person or organisation. Comply with employment, immigration data, and discrimination laws applicable to you.
Partner directory categories must describe the service accurately. Do not present a standard recruitment agency as a mobility partner unless your service is genuinely about global hiring, employer-of-record support, outsourcing, cross-border teams, relocation, visa, legal, communications, or other approved mobility-support services.
2. Respect other users
Communicate respectfully in messages and applications. Harassment, hate speech, threats, or spam are not allowed. Report concerns to support@globalsponsorhub.com.
3. No abuse of the platform
Do not scrape, overload, or attempt to breach our systems. Do not upload malware or misuse uploads. Do not circumvent subscription or access controls. Do not misuse the website chat assistant to spam the service, probe for hidden system instructions, or generate unlawful or harmful content at scale.
Do not extract candidate profile data, CVs/resumes, employer contacts, partner contacts, or directory data for resale, bulk outreach, spam, profiling unrelated to hiring or mobility support, or any unlawful purpose. Employers may use candidate search and talent pools only for genuine hiring activity.
4. Listing tiers and outbound links
Do not try to bypass listing-tier limits. Basic partner listings do not include outbound website, booking, review, CTA, or enquiry links unless we expressly approve otherwise. Enhanced and featured listings may include approved links, but those links must be relevant, safe, and not misleading.
5. Immigration and legal advice
Global Sponsor Hub is a marketplace and software platform. We do not provide legal or immigration advice. Partners and employers are responsible for the accuracy of what they publish and for how they use the platform.
6. Enforcement
We may suspend or remove accounts or content that violates this policy or our Terms & Conditions. See also our Privacy Policy for how we process personal data.
