Acceptable Use Policy

This policy sits alongside our Candidate and General Terms.
1. Be honest and lawful
Don't post false or misleading roles, profiles or specialist listings, or pretend to be someone else. Follow the employment, data protection and equality laws that apply to you. Specialist listings must describe the service accurately: a general recruitment agency shouldn't list itself as a specialist unless its service really is about hiring across borders, employer of record, relocation, visas, legal, tax, payroll or another approved service for people moving or hiring abroad.
2. Respect other users
Be respectful in Community, replies, messages and applications. Harassment, hate speech, threats, scams and spam aren't allowed. Don't publish passports, visa documents, bank details, home addresses, confidential employer information or anyone else's personal data. In Community, ask about visas, moving and working abroad. Please don't post job requests, job adverts, CVs or "please sponsor me" messages; we remove them. In the members' rooms, no selling, please. Report a concern with the report button or by emailing support@globalsponsorhub.com.
Specialists, employers and agencies must say who they are and any commercial interest when they post. Helpful answers are welcome; repeated selling, hidden affiliate links, collecting leads, or answers that mainly advertise a service are not.
3. No misuse of the platform
Don't scrape, overload or try to break into our systems, upload malware or get round plan limits or access controls. Don't misuse the chat assistant, for example to spam it, look for hidden instructions or create harmful content. Don't copy candidate profiles, CVs, employer or specialist contacts or directory data to resell, bulk message, spam or use for anything unrelated to genuine hiring or moving. Employers may use candidate search only for genuine hiring.
4. Listings and links
Don't try to get round listing limits. A basic specialist listing may include one contact link (a website, booking or enquiry link). Extra links need a listing that includes them, such as Featured. All links must be relevant, safe and honest.
5. Not immigration or legal advice
Global Sponsor Hub is a platform that connects people. It doesn't give legal or immigration advice. Community posts share personal experience and general information; they aren't a guarantee of a visa, a job, housing or professional advice, and a "Helpful answer" mark isn't advice or an endorsement. Specialists and employers are responsible for what they publish and advise.
6. What happens if the rules are broken
We may remove content, limit an account (for example to read-only), or suspend or close it. See also our Privacy Policy.
