Three routes — pick the right one
Same marketplace, different product jobs
| You are… | What you publish | Where to start |
|---|---|---|
| Recruitment agency | Client roles (labelled agency / external) | Agency centre + Resource Centre |
| Direct employer | Your own roles (applications or careers/ATS connect) | Employers |
| Mobility partner | Immigration, relocation, payroll, coaching services | Partners |
Agencies are not mobility partners
If you sell visa or relocation services, use the partner route. If you recruit for client employers, stay on the agency route.

What candidates see
Agency-submitted roles appear as labelled external listings. Candidates typically apply on the source site (client ATS or your apply URL). Labelling protects trust: people know they are not applying to a direct Global Sponsor Hub employer post.
Discoverability: Roles reach candidates searching sponsorship, relocation, and country context.
Honesty: Agency / external labelling is part of the product — do not try to look like a direct employer.
Proof for clients: Views and click-outs help you show interest without inventing pipeline theatre.

Create agency accountCommon questions
Can we post as if we are the employer?+
No. Agency roles stay labelled. Misrepresenting the route damages candidate trust and can get listings rejected.
Do candidates apply on GSH?+
Usually not for agency-submitted external roles — they click out to the source application page you provide.
Should we also join the partner directory?+
Only if you sell mobility services (immigration, relocation, payroll, etc.). Recruiting for clients is the agency product.
